Constituion
The Asian Women of Winnipeg is a non-profit organization which aims to promote, educate and empower women living in Manitoba. Our vision is to provide leadership and support to gain respect, equality and education for all women. Our core value is that we believe in Mutual Respect, Diversity and Equality.​​​​​​​

Goals and Objectives

To provide community leadership.

To foster intergenerational and intercultural communication.

To engage families to better understand gender equality and diversity.

To promote bicultural heritage within a multicultural framework.
Board of Directors may remove a member from the AWOW by a majority vote at any regular meeting. The board shall hear all disciplinary matters provided that it may appoint a discipline committee to further investigate the conduct of a member.
