This year we will be more focus on our physical and mental health education. Quiet time in the year of 2020 has taught us the importance of good physical and mental health.   

We will be sharing concerns and ideas, giving some suggestions and summarizing best practices have done by others to share on the net, follow up on next webinars to maximize engagement, rewards for those who follow. Starts with a session for sharing concerns, obstacles for being active, and evaluation of knowledge as well as physical activity status of the participants, being followed by introduction of risk factors of overweight and obesity, ongoing work on concerns and obstacles, making groups in health apps, sharing best practices, rewarding active members. We expected to improve participants knowledge and actions regarding physical activity
